Affiliate Program & Disclosure

This page covers two things: how we disclose affiliate relationships to you as a reader, and the rules that apply to partners who promote Syndicate Bets. As of today we run no affiliate program and carry no affiliate links; this policy is what applies if that changes.

1. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on our website may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and register for or purchase products or services from a third party, ReachMe media s. r. o. may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the independence of our betting analyses, educational content or editorial opinions. We only promote products or services that we reasonably believe may provide value to our users.

2. Our affiliate program

From time to time, Syndicate Bets may offer an affiliate program allowing approved partners to promote our services in exchange for commissions. Participation is subject to our approval and continued compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commissions

Approved affiliates may receive commissions based on qualifying purchases, subscriptions or other eligible actions as determined by Syndicate Bets. Commission rates, payment schedules and eligibility requirements may be updated from time to time and will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard, email or other official channels. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from fraud, abuse, refunded purchases, chargebacks or violations of this policy.

4. Prohibited activities

Affiliates must not:

• publish false or misleading advertisements;
• send unsolicited spam;
• impersonate Syndicate Bets;
• misuse our trademarks or branding;
• create fake accounts or self-referrals;
• engage in fraudulent activity;
• use bots or automated traffic;
• purchase advertisements using our protected trademarks without prior written permission;
• violate any applicable law.

Violation may result in immediate termination of participation and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Brand usage

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Syndicate Bets solely for promoting our services. Any unauthorised use of our trademarks, logos or copyrighted materials is prohibited.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation immediately where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or fraudulent activity has occurred.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReachMe media s. r. o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed any unpaid commissions lawfully owed to the affiliate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may modify this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, the affiliate program or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page together with a revised last-updated date. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
