3. Permitted use
Users may access our content solely for their personal, non-commercial use in accordance with our Terms. Unless expressly authorised in writing, users may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, republish or publicly display our content, create derivative works, commercially exploit it, or upload premium content to third-party platforms.

5. Review process
Upon receiving a properly submitted complaint, we may review the notice, request additional information, temporarily restrict access to the disputed material, remove allegedly infringing material, contact the affected user, or take any other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law. Submission of a notice does not automatically require removal of material.
6. Counter-notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing your name, your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement explaining why you believe the removal was incorrect, a statement made under penalty of perjury where applicable that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.
7. Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights. Whether someone qualifies as a repeat infringer is determined by ReachMe media s. r. o. acting reasonably and based on the circumstances of each case.
8. False claims
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright complaints or counter-notifications may result in legal liability under applicable law. We reserve the right to reject abusive or bad-faith notices and to take appropriate legal action where justified.
9. Third-party content
Our website may occasionally contain content, trademarks or materials owned by third parties. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in this policy grants users any rights to use third-party intellectual property.
