Privacy Policy
Last updated 15 August 2026
This policy covers the personal data we process when you visit syndicatebets.net, join our Telegram groups or buy VIP. It describes what the site does today, not what it might do later; when that changes, this page changes with it.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is ReachMe media s. r. o., trading as Syndicate Bets, established in the Slovak Republic. Contact us at [email protected].
2. What we do not do
Being clear about this first, because generic policies often claim otherwise:
- there are no user accounts here, so we hold no usernames and no passwords;
- we do not sell or rent personal data, to anyone, for any purpose;
- we do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not pass it to anyone who does;
- we never see or store your full card number;
- we do not run a newsletter, so we hold no mailing list;
- we do not ask for your phone number or any identity document.
3. Visiting the website
The site is static and asks you for nothing. Your browser's own request reaches our server and its logs, which include your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user-agent string. These are kept short-term for security and troubleshooting.
The site stores three things in your browser's local storage, which never leave your device and are not sent to us:
- your cookie choice;
- your currency choice, euros or dollars;
- whether you dismissed the launch-offer bar.
Analytics and advertising technologies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Details are on the Cookie Policy page. As of the last update to this page, no analytics or advertising identifier is configured, so nothing of the sort loads at all, whatever you choose.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website; consent for anything in the analytics or marketing categories.
4. Joining a Telegram group
Access to both the free and the VIP group runs through Telegram. When you join, Telegram shows us your Telegram username or display name, your Telegram user ID and the fact that you are a member.
For VIP we also record when access was granted and when it ends, so the bot can let you in, remind you before your term ends and remove you when it does.
Telegram is a separate controller for everything that happens inside its own platform, and its privacy policy applies to that. We do not read your private messages and we have no access to your phone number unless you send it to us yourself.
Legal basis: performance of our contract with you for VIP; legitimate interest in running the free community.
5. Buying VIP
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's own checkout, not on our site, and we never receive the full card number or the security code.
From Stripe we receive what we need to know that you paid and what for: an identifier for the customer and the subscription, the product bought, the amount and currency, the date, the billing country, the last four digits and card brand, and the status of each renewal. Invoices and receipts come from Stripe.
Stripe processes payment data as its own controller under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligations under tax and accounting law.
6. Writing to us
If you email [email protected], we process your address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as it takes to deal with it and a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again about the same thing.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you; performance of a contract where the message concerns your VIP.
7. How long we keep things
- **Server logs:** short-term, for security and troubleshooting.
- **Telegram membership records:** while you are a member, and briefly afterwards so a returning member is not treated as new.
- **Payment records:** for the period Slovak tax and accounting law requires, which is currently ten years for invoicing records.
- **Email correspondence:** as long as it takes to resolve the matter and a reasonable period after.
- **Your cookie, currency and banner choices:** in your own browser, until you clear them.
8. Who else sees your data
Only the providers we need to operate:
- **Stripe**, for payments;
- **Telegram**, for group access;
- our **hosting provider**, which runs the server the site is served from;
- **Cloudflare**, which sits in front of the site and sees requests in transit;
- our accountant and, if it ever came to it, our lawyers.
Where a provider processes data on our behalf, a data-processing agreement governs it. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
9. Transfers outside the EEA
Stripe, Telegram and Cloudflare operate internationally, so some processing happens outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, typically Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Our own servers are in the European Union.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable form. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect what we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. Because we hold no accounts, we may need to ask something that lets us match a request to the right person, for example the email you paid with.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In Slovakia that is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, and you may instead go to the authority where you live.
11. Adults only
The services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process data about anyone younger, and we delete it if we find it. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, write to [email protected].
12. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to what little we store is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but the shape of this service helps: with no accounts and no stored card numbers, there is very little here to lose.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The version on this page is the current one, with the last-updated date above. If a change is significant, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.
