Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of syndicatebets.net and of our Telegram groups. By using either, you agree to them. There is no account to create here: everything runs through Telegram, and payment runs through Stripe.

1. What we are, and what we are not

We publish sports analysis, statistics and opinion. Three picks a day go to an open Telegram group and one higher-odds pick a day goes to a VIP group.

We are not a bookmaker or a betting operator. We do not accept wagers, we do not hold your money, and we do not operate betting markets. Nothing we publish is financial, investment or professional advice, or a solicitation to place any bet.

2. 18+ only

The services are for adults aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. By using them you confirm you meet that requirement. If we learn that someone under that age has access, we will remove it.

3. No accounts

There is no registration and no password on this website. Access to the free group is an invite link. Access to VIP follows payment, and is granted and removed through Telegram. You are responsible for your own Telegram account and for following Telegram's own rules.

4. What VIP costs and how it renews

VIP is sold for a fixed term: one week, two weeks or one month. Prices are shown on the pricing section of the homepage in euros or dollars, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

VIP renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before it ends. Each renewal is for the same length of term at the price then in force, which means that a term bought during a launch offer renews at the standard price once that offer has ended. Stripe charges the payment method you used, and you receive a receipt from Stripe for every charge.

5. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

To cancel, use the link in any Stripe receipt, or write to [email protected] from the address you paid with. We will confirm the cancellation.

6. Refunds and the right to withdraw

VIP is digital content delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law you have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract, but that right ends once delivery of digital content has begun with your express consent, and you acknowledge this when you buy. In practice, access to the VIP group starts within minutes of payment, so the withdrawal period ends there.

That is the legal position, not a policy of refusing everything. If something goes wrong on our side, if you were charged twice, if access was never granted, or if a renewal caught you out and you have not read the picks since, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

7. Nothing is guaranteed

All betting carries risk and any bet can lose. Past performance never guarantees future results. Figures on the site marked illustrative are examples of a format, not a record. Every stake you place is your decision and your responsibility, including any tax that follows from it.

8. Responsible gambling

Only stake what you can comfortably afford to lose, set limits and never chase losses. Our full position is on the Responsible Gambling page, and help is available through BeGambleAware and, in Slovakia, Zodpovedné hranie.

9. What you may not do

You may not:

• resell, republish or redistribute our picks or analysis;
• forward VIP content to anyone outside the VIP group;
• share your VIP access with another person;
• scrape or bulk-copy the website;
• present our analysis as your own;
• use the services for anything unlawful.

Sharing paid content outside the group ends access without a refund. Our full position on ownership is on the Copyright page.

10. Your legality, not ours

You must make sure that betting, and reading betting content, is legal where you live. We do not check this for you and we cannot advise on it.

11. Not affiliated

Any mention of a bookmaker, league, team, competition or platform is for identification and commentary, based on public information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them, or to Telegram. Their names and logos belong to their owners.

12. Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost stakes arising from your use of what we publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

13. Your data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the GDPR.

14. If something goes wrong

Please raise it with us first at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve it, a consumer resident in the Slovak Republic may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia). Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where they give you stronger protection.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one, with the last-updated date shown above. Where a change affects an active VIP term, we will give notice before it takes effect at your next renewal.
